SUMMARY:Research: An Investigative Look into Energy Medicine.
DESCRIPTION:We are missing out on an entire system of well-being because we don’t have the data to prove its efficacy.\nAt Five Rhythms Consulting\, in partnership with Amber Beland\, a doctoral candidate in Leadership and Organizational Development Psychology at William James College and the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network’s Covid Clinic\, we’ve launched a research project to investigate the extent to which Energy Medicine can have an impact on lingering symptoms of COVID such as fatigue\, anxiety\, and a reduction in the capacity to work.  In our clinical practice\, our clients regularly see positive shifts in these symptoms so we’re interested to discover whether the techniques can help post-COVID symptoms too. \nSummary of the Research\nThere will be a test group and a control group. Participants in the test group will receive a standard video of exercises to do for 30 days. Participants in the control group will not receive the video. Both groups will complete a symptom survey at the beginning and end of the 30 day period. \nQualifying for participation in the Study\nStudy participants need to be 25-65 yrs old\, have been diagnosed with COVID and still have symptoms after at least 4 weeks post-diagnosis\, and be experiencing more anxiety\, more fatigue and less ability to do work than before they contracted COVID.
