Your coach for this series is Amy Rebecca Gay, Ph.D. Amy’s unique approach to mind-sets, somatic habits of attention and external skills will guide you through the essential components that leaders need to build professional relationships that matter. This is about knowing who you are and stepping into your own authentic leadership. This is about deeply listening and collaborating and standing firm when it matters. This is about aligning the head, heart and gut so you bring forth all your resources when it matters.
This six-month group coaching package is designed to help you build these skills in a supportive environment with like-minded individuals on the same journey. The group setting makes expert coaching and world-class content available at a reasonable price.
How It Works:
Group coaching in an intimate and personalized environment of no more than ten participants. Hosted on Zoom, so all you need is a computer with audio and video and a desire to dive in. Scheduled on the second and fourth Friday of every month from 9:00 -10:00 am eastern time. Individualized coaching in between group sessions is available at an additional fee to help deepen the work and apply it specifically to your life.
